The Arizona Pavements / Materials Conference is a joint effort between ASU, ADOT, Local Government and Industry to advance the knowledge of innovative pavement materials, design technology and enhanced construction practices.  This program will provide a learning opportunity for all levels of individuals in the Paving and Materials Community. The agenda focuses on issues that are confronted on a routine basis in our community.  The Planning Committee is soliciting cash sponsorship for the support of the Program and to provide a funding base for Arizona State University to better serve the professional needs of the Community.

Sponsor contributions for the Arizona Pavements / Materials Conference will be appreciated and utilized in the following manner:

  • Contributions will be utilized to defray the costs for the Conference and keep registration fees as low as possible to insure the greatest attendance possible.
  • Excess Conference funds will be retained by Arizona State University to provide funding for future workshops and distinguished lecture seminars that will be offered to the community.
  • Excess Conference funds will be utilized to fund National and International expert speakers to provide technical seminars and information relative to new advances in pavement materials, design and constructability issues.
  • Excess Conference funds will also be utilized to financially assist sending ASU students, having an interest in pavements, materials and construction, to national technical meetings and Conferences.

LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION

There are four different levels of sponsorship participation.  This method is utilized to encourage more participation in the conference and the enhancement of pavement materials knowledge in the Community.  It further allows Arizona State University's Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering to be more responsive to the professional needs of the Community.  Each sponsor will receive recognition at the Conference on a posted listing and will receive a memoriam, during the Conference Sponsor Recognition Lunch, that will be acceptable for display.  The memoriam will express the appreciation of the Conference Program Committee.  The different levels of participation are as follows:
