2006 - Update the Factory Integration Chapter of the International Technology for Semiconductors (ITRS).
The 2005 ITRS rewrite is now complete. CREATE was heavily involved with the factory integration chapter. This chapter focuses on the factory needs and issues that face the semiconductor industry in the future as well as possible solutions. You can view the roadmap at ITRS Link.
