This Page has links to MIPS/L4 slide pages that you will need this semester. The Postscript slides on MIPS/L4 have been written and copyrighted by Professor Gernot Heiser at UNSW, and are being used in his COMP 9242 Advanced Operating Systems class this semester. He has very generously allowed us to use them in cse 530 this fall. There are three groups of slides and two sets to each group. One set has four slides per page - handy for you to copy and take notes on and the second set is one slide per page - mostly for our classroom use. The "Assorted" sets have some information on clans and chiefs and device drivers not included in the first two sets. Each set is available in postscript and PDF.
