Khosro Darroudi is a Ph.D. candidate and research associate in Electrical
Engineering at Arizona State University.
His research interests include source/speech/image coding, speech enhancement,
and cellular mobile (GSM,
CDMA) and satellite communication systems. He received the B.S.
and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering
and the M.A. degree in Mathematics
all from The University of Kansas.
His Ph.D. thesis is on Robust Speech
Coding Using Low-resolution Transform Coding and Trellis Coded Quantization.
