ASU Industrial Energy Efficiency & Productivity Workshop:

On June 30, 2006, the Industrial Assessment at Center (IAC) at Arizona State University will host an 'Industrial Energy Efficiency & Productivity Workshop'. This free workshop will demonstrate the opportunities for significant dollar savings for industries. For more information click here: For a map to the workshop, click here.

What we do:

The Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) at Arizona State University provides free energy, waste and productivity analysis studies to qualified Arizona and Nevada Manufacturers, recommending methods to conserve resources, and reduce operating costs. Funding is paid by taxation revenue through the US Department of Energy.

Industrial Assessments:
Time and resources can hinder most small to medium sized manufacturers to seek free consultation advice in the areas of saving energy, reducing waste, and increasing productivity. This is why the U S Department of Energy's Office of Industrial Technologies sponsors the Industrial Assessment Center. This program conducts industrial assessments at no charge to assist in uncovering opportunities, which will improve energy efficiency, waste conservation, and manufacturing productivity.

Our results:
On average, implemented recommendations from assessments performed by the IAC
at ASU saved each customer about $65,000 per year!
