Information for Paper Presentation

If you are presenting a paper, please refer to the guidelines for lecture presentation or to the guidelines for poster presentation.
Session chairs and presenting authors for each day's technical sessions are encouraged to attend the Speaker's Breakfast to ensure smooth administration of the sessions. A full breakfast will be provided and tables will be arranged by session to allow speakers and session chairs to locate each other easily.
Speakers are invited to make use of the Speaker's Preparation Area located in room Tucson 7 in the Civic Plaza Convention Center. Projectors, tables, scissors, tape, and other items to help presenters with last-minute preparations are available.
