Current research interests are in image compression, video compression, error resilient image compression.
Tuyet-Trang Lam received her engineering degree from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (I.N.P.G. - France) in 1997. She received her M. S. from Arizona State University (A.S.U.) in 1999 in image compression. She worked at Motorola Computer Group from 1999 to 2001 as a software engineer in the Telecom Business Unit. She is currently a Ph. D. student in the electrical engineering department at Arizona State University. Since 2001, she has been working in the Image, Video, and Usability Laboratory.
