Visualization

 

    Visualization is used to gain visual insights into the structure of the data. Users can interactively explore the data, e.g. zoom in/out, rotate for images, or display some specific detailed information for some attributes. Visualization is abundantly used as a pre- and post-processing tool for KDD.

Various Branches of Visualization:

Displaying summarized properties of relevant data.

Exploring various relationships between variables (attributes).

bullet

Investigate large databases and to convey huge amount of information.

bullet

Analyze data from geographic or spatial domains.
