Sassan Ahmadi is a Ph.D student and research associate in Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University. He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988 from Sharif University of Technology (Tehran,Iran) and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering in 1990 from University of Tehran (Tehran,Iran). His research interests include Digital and analog signal processing, Speech and image coding, Analysis and design of telecommunication systems, and Mobile communications. He has been an IEEE member since 1986. His research project in low bit rate sinusoidal speech coding is supported by Intel Corporation.
